Global Insurance

This project showcases my work on Multiplier’s Insurance platform, a core employee benefits experience inside a global employment product used by employers, employees, and internal operations teams across countries. Insurance was a complex system spanning policy setup, dependent management, eligibility rules, and ongoing operational support.

To make the work easier to explore, I’ve broken it into 3 connected case studies: stakeholder transparency, coverage management, and benefits operations.

Together, they reflect how I approach complex product problems — designing across workflows, stakeholders, and business constraints to make critical systems clearer and easier to run. This work improved insurance attachment rate from 59% to 85% and contributed to a 45% reduction in operational effort.
